A contact address will be published on this page. Until then, no email address, telephone number or postal address is offered, and none is to be assumed from other sources. Messages sent to unofficial addresses are not received by the project.

Corrections

Reports of factual errors, outdated information or unclear wording are welcome once the address is available. A useful report names the page and the statement in question and, where possible, points to an official Canadian government source or a Wikipedia entry. Reports are reviewed against the editorial policy, and confirmed errors are corrected. Substantive changes may be noted on the page.

Removal requests

Requests to remove or amend content are considered when they concern factual inaccuracy, a privacy matter or a rights issue. The site aims to publish general reference material and does not intentionally name private individuals. A request identifies the page and explains the concern. Each request is assessed individually and answered where a reply address is supplied.

Partnership and media enquiries

Enquiries from researchers, educators, journalists and organizations are handled by correspondence. Because the editorial policy bars paid placements, sponsored articles and paid rankings are not available, and any collaboration is limited to arrangements that leave editorial independence intact.

What cannot be provided

The project is not a health service, legal service or counselling line. Messages describing urgent personal circumstances cannot be answered as such. Emergency services and qualified professionals are the appropriate source for urgent health or safety concerns.

Response times are not guaranteed, since the project is independent and small. Updates to this page will state when the contact address becomes available.
