Toronto’s Erotic Arts and Crafts Fair

Toronto’s only Erotic Arts and Crafts Fair (EACF) returns for its sixth year on Saturday, February 11, to celebrate the city’s diverse erotic artistic expression in crafty and quirky ways.

Presented by the Queen West co-operative sex shop, Come As You Are, this year’s EACF will feature free admission, extended hours and more vendors, along with the introduction of a cabaret performance following the fair and an after-party, all held at The Gladstone Hotel.

From noon until 8 p.m., dozens of vendors will be on hand with sexy crafts from crocheted pasties, handmade lingerie and corsets, to knitted dildo cozies. Featuring fearless and humorous erotic art that dares to challenge and astonish, the event has proven to be the perfect place to pick up handmade gifts for Valentine’s Day and celebrate DIY romantic culture.

Guests, kinky crafters, naughty knitters and dirty designers are invited to continue the celebration well into the evening with the inaugural EACF Cabaret of sexy performances and DJ’ed after-party, beginning at 9:30 p.m.

“This year we’ve moved the fair to the Ballroom on the first floor of the Gladstone, which got us thinking, why not showcase even more art forms expressing erotic creativity and freedom? We think the addition of the cabaret and after-party will be a lot of fun and the perfect complement to an already awesome celebration of do-it-yourself sexiness!” said Annanda DeSilva, the co-ordinator of this year’s fair.

The EACF aims to bring together different communities to showcase the diversity of erotic artistic expression that is active in Toronto.
